Few things you need before you start in order to make a natural soap:

A. The three main slabs you can use are:

  • Aloe Vera
  • Charcoal
  • Goat milk

All these slabs are easily available online or local shops where dye and other things are sold.

1. Coffee soap

The strong smell of coffee works great for lifting up your mood and making you feel refreshed and at the same time also acts as a natural exfoliator. It deep cleanses the skin through its natural antioxidant properties. Melt some goat milk slab and add 1 teaspoon of coffee powder in it. Mix it and pour it in the mould. And enjoy your natural exfoliating coffee soap made at home.

2. Lavender soap

No wonder why this soap has to be in your make-list. Such a pretty fragrant flower, when converted in soap, would make the mood refreshed through its aroma, and also rejuvenates the body. If you ever feel like taking a spa, use this soap instead and enjoy the same vibes at home. Melt the goat milk slab and add some dry and fresh petals of lavender in it, pour it into the mould and enjoy the luxuriously aromatic spa at home.

3. Multani Mitti and sandalwood soap

Multani mitti, also known as Fuller’s earth has existed in the beauty and skincare sector for ages now, and has shown amazing benefits for the skin. Sandalwood with subtle smell combines well with Multani mitti and while Fuller earth will make the skin remove dead skin cells the sandalwood hydrates and moisturizes the skin at the same time. Melt goat milk slab and add some sandalwood powder with Multani mitti powder in it, mix it well and pour it in the mould and get your hands on this magic soap.

4. Almond and saffron soap

This soap represents royalty, with saffron as the most luxurious aromatic spice and almond with great benefits not only for your health but skin as well. When mixed together, it moisturizes the skin and never lets the skin feel dry.

Melt the goat milk slab and add a pinch of saffron and powdered or chopped almonds. Mix well and pour the mixture in the moulds and get ready to add the royal touch in your shower.

5. Rose and honey soap

Both these ingredients have taken away the beauty sector with their benefits and with no doubt they need to be converted in a bar of soap to keep you refreshed and aromatic all the while. Also, with oils and minerals in the rose petals and anti-bacterial properties in honey, the soap can fight acne and promote clear skin.

Melt goat milk slab and add rose petals with one tablespoon of honey, mix it well and pour it in the mould to enjoy a divine soap for your skin.

General tips:

You can use any of the alternate slabs for any kind of soap you wish to make. The quantity of the slab depends on the number of soap bars you wish to make, approximately 1 kg slab can make two 100 gms soap. Stop using the soap immediately if it causes allergies or rashes.
